It is our policy to come to a clear understanding and agreement with the client about fee arrangements before the assignment commences.
The fee depends on factors such as the magnitude and complexity of the assignment and the number of countries in which it is conducted, but unless a fixed amount is agreed at the outset, it is normally geared to the total first year’s compensation agreed with the person appointed. We provide services on a non-contingent basis.
